Title: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Reports
to: Sales Manager
Primary
Function: To be responsible for the customer contact portion regarding
the writing of new business and the renewal of commercial accounts.
Supporting Functions:
- Establish leads
for new accounts, gather the necessary information regarding
these accounts and have overall responsibility of submitting this information
to the insurance companies for quotation and/or writing.
- To be responsible
for gathering the information and risk management recommendations regarding
new business and renewal of personal and commercial accounts.
- To complete all applications
and compliance forms adquarately and completely.
- To adhear to all underwriting
guidelines and submit adquarate information to carriers.
- To be responsible
for establishing the payment arrangement for each new and renewal personal
and commercial account.
- To perform periodic
service calls on personal and commercial accounts.
- To perform special
projects at sales manager's requests.
- To have overall responsibility
on presentation of persoanl and commercial accounts to insurance companies.
- To perform loss control
functions regarding personal commercial accounts.
- Send Daily Reports
to Sales Manager
- Build 5 Center
of Influence and maintane relationship
